Mella’s Fudge
Mella produces some of the most delicious fudge I've ever tried. Operating from a small kitchen just outside Clonakilty, they handcraft each batch of fudge to order. Using the finest West Cork butter, they adhere to traditional methods passed down from Mella’s mother during her childhood in Bantry. Mella's Fudge has consistently received recognition over the years, earning both Gold and Silver accolades at prestigious competitions such as the Great Taste Awards and Blas na hÉireann.
